My daughter got sick Sunday evening. I called Monday morning to cancel her appointment for 3 pm. I was told I would be charged a $100 cancellation fee. I was given the option of a telehealth or phone call session instead that day to avoid the fee (even though she was sick) or coming in between 10 and 2 on Wednesday or Thursday.
