Trudi is the best! She is so gifted and patience with her talent. She really creates a beautiful zen experience too.
I've suffered with left elbow tendonitis for almost a year. I completed 16 weeks of PT which helped to regain strength but did not help to increase my range of motion very much. I have regained almost full range of motion in just 2 and 1/2 months of working with Trudi!! I cannot recommend her services highly enough! She is highly skilled and so well informed in the space. 10/10!!
Trudi was very professional. She took the time to listen to the issues I was having and was able to apply it to my message. Cute little building.
Trudi's technique is tailored to what you need. I liked the combo of massage, pressure points, and stretching to relieve tight spots! She uses unscented products for those with sensitive skin. I appreciated her openness throughout the session to make sure we were on the same page.
I love this place, highly recommend
