I was not happy with Rana. Her massage technique is not good at all. She was just doing the massage is like touching the skin with no pressures at all. With the facial, she was not attentive enough when it came to using the hydro part. She was doing in rush. And the most unsatisfactory thing was she came back with the smell of food right after the mask time, which made me feel very unpleasant.
