Sonia has been giving my family the best massages for several years now. Her knowledge of anatomy and body stretching have been extremely beneficial to my athletic son, my husband that does physical labor and my overweight sciatica.
Sonia was amazing! I was nervous because I had an injury to my ankle that experienced sharp pain. My body felt unbalanced from compensating for that injury, mainly my hips, shoulders, and spine. Sonia took the time to chat and really figure out what I needed straightened out. She was gentle enough that my injury wasn’t triggered and also strong enough where my aches disappeared.
