This was an incredible experience. First time with reflexology, and I’m telling you, TRY IT! Sharon the owner does amazing work. Very relaxing. I felt amazing all week after, not only physically but especially mentally. Clarity, focus, decreased anxiety. It was a full body and mind experience and will absolutely be returning.
Sharon was amazing! The reflexology treatment was the most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had. It was definitely worth doing, and I will definitely do reflexology again!

I read about reflexology in the aftermath of losing my son and wanted to give it a shot. Luckily, I found Sharon. While reflexology has done wonders for my healing journey, I think a lot of it comes from Sharon herself- who she is and what she embodies. Highly recommend!
I heartily recommend Healing Balance Reiki and Reflexology. Sharon is not only a certified Reflexology practitioner, she is also a kind and compassionate person.
