They are horrible my daughter was turned away from treatment for their claim of medical conditions she doesn’t even have anymore and she has life threatening food allergies that they strung us along since January that new program was opening each month delayed it sent her to inpatient in meantime at Columbia Presbyterian and they released her and her assessment determination came AFTER she was released how ironic?? This facility is beautiful. Not at all hospital like. The team who cared for my daughter was the better than I could have ever asked for. Everything is professional and top of the line and cared for my child and for my family. The dietician and kitchen staff are amazing. Our therapist was a God-send. Our psychiatrist was knowledgeable and caring, and so were the nurses and the rest of the staff. The ceo who gave us our tour put any concerns and questions to rest. Hidden River helped me heal my relationship with food and movement. The staff were amazing and the environment is clean and safe. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of eating disorder residential treatment.
