Great guy, polite, respectful & he truly wants to help you. Wasn't the deep tissue I needed & that I'm used to. I prefer to not talk just concentrate on being silently relaxed; he's very into healing your mind by talking through entire massage. He didn't get to my upper or lower shoulder blade area pain even when adding extra time=cost. But he realty tried & genuinely wanted to help my sciatica pain with his fingertip massage on my thigh & leg. Light therapy over eyes was new to me.
