You used to be a great place! It's just not as good as it used to be. It's difficult to get an appointment. You can NEVER speak to a live person. You must always leave a message and if you're lucky, they'll call you back at their convenience. The owner has been rude to me. YOU MUST arrive 15 minutes early (ok, I'm fine with that) but I was 10 minutes early one time, and was yelled at by the owner for not being 15 min early. You will get a 60 minute massage (not 50). That's the only positive I can say.

amazed it stays in business I will make this as short and clear as possible -spa entry is small and cluttered like a swap meet full of trinkets and some products, same with my therapist's room. -argumentative, offensive, rude owner/phone operator. -clueless, co-owner therapist, she did my facial and massage but I did not see her esthetics license posted with her salon operators license. I was looking to relax, but somehow she managed to talk the entire time and tell me her dramatic story about how horrible the spa she worked... read more

Disgruntled client The owner called me at my home late this evening and left a message SCREAMING AT ME about how I was late for my appointment and I how I put it on my therapist. He screamed at the top of his lungs for me to "NEVER COME TO HEALING ARTS DAY SPA AGAIN!" I have never been treated this poorly in my life and felt it justified writing a review about this business. The Healing Arts Day Spa is unique The Bugali (sp?) facial is the best thing ever. I never get as many compliments as I do for the days after this facial. It is the most relaxing facial ever.

The Healing Arts Day Spa is heaven Healing Arts Day Spa is a fantastic place to get pampered. They have talented massage therapists and their facials are amazing. You cannot beat their prices and their treatments are fabulous. They have two locations one in mesa and one in chandler.

Join their mailing list and get specials like $29 for a 60 minute massage. My favorite is their 3 item (60 minutes each) pamper me package. I buy gift cards for my daughters on line & they send directly to them with personalized gift cards. Wonderful way to spoil the women in your life.
