First time here, and it was an overall good experience. Direct billed my insurance, so it was an easy process. My lower back pain from multiple epidural's has released, and they gave me tips on what my next steps should be to help with additional pains and tightness. Good atmosphere, very relaxing. Will be back to book other future appointments
My wife and I did a couples massage this AM and we had a wonderful experience with Gurpreet and Prerna. Compared to Markham/GTA, we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of space in the therapy rooms, and the quiet environment we stepped into. It was a super relaxing back, shoulder and neck massage with aromatherapy, and would definitely recommend and return ourselves when we get the chance!
I’ve always had a great experience here at Healica. My massage therapist, Ryan Farr, is nothing short of knowledgeable, kind and amazing at what he does. During my last massage, Ryan not only was able to give me a wonderful head massage while avoiding my braided hairstyle, but he also always has great stretches for me to take home and target my problem areas. I had a Massage with Amanda Kasserman. The greatest massage I've ever had. Very skilled and understands how you describe the certain types of pain you have. She did a technique with my neck that gave me a feeling I've never had. For sure an excellent RMT. Front staff is exceptional also with a great waiting area that's very welcoming. Would for sure recommend.
