Wow! I couldn’t be happier. The estimate (lower than expected), the installation and the window came a week earlier than expected! They put fresh trim on all around and everyone was so nice and professional. Thanks Healey! I'll be back for future purchases! Shop local and get a 25 year warranty!

I live 4 hrs away and had arranged to purchase a new window for my mother who resides in Smith Falls. Long story short, my mom's window was actually not secured properly and was not in need of replacement at all. I offered to pay for the service call at least and was told that was not necessary. This would have been an easy sale for someone to take advantage of the situation but this was the opposite. Tom was very knowledgeable and made suggestions about the windows we needed to replace. The installers were polite, well spoken and took the time to explain what they were doing. They did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. We wish we’d used them when we built our house!

Just wanted to write a quick review......we recently had Healey Glass & Door install 5 windows and new front door. From the first point of contact with Tom Parna we knew we went to the right place. Tom came to our house, looked and measured the windows and doors we required....he made good suggestions of what windows we should install. Tom helped us choose the patio doors that would best suit our house & needs. We just love them! They give the house a more modern look. The 2 installers arrived at the scheduled time. They were both very professional and courteous. They answered any and all questions that we had. Their attention to detail was amazing!
