The worst surgery. Staff don’t know how to do their jobs and spend their time dancing. Useless staff who pretend to be useful but don’t do anything at all. shouldn’t be working with patients who need medical attention. Do not recommend
Healey reception staff are really accommodating and helpful, especially Kenny. Always goes above and beyond to ensure I am being seen and the like
The doctors here are brilliant. I always manage to get an appointment when I need one, and every member of staff has been consistently helpful and understanding. They take the time to listen and make you feel looked after. I would highly recommend this practice.
Absolutely brilliant job by Kenny on the reception . We were desperate for some help for my mum who's dementia is getting worse he was brilliant. Had a phone appointment within an hour the doctor was fantastic 🙌 👌
