Absolute disappointment. After prepaying for a multi-year service agreement, the staff pressured my wife into paying another $370 for services that were absolutely unnecessary. Do not prepay for services. Do not take your vehicle here. Take your vehicle to any other oil change shop. I’ve been to several others with our other cars and they are great. I am maximally disappointed in this service shop.
Service appointments @ Healey Kia are always done in a very professional and respectful manner. My Service Advisor Nick Rossi is very accommodating to my needs.
Brought my '23 Kia Niro in for a safety recall this morning. As usual, I was greeted immediately by Service Advisor Rose Geehern. I settled into the comfortable waiting room and helped myself to a free cup of Joe. Within an hour, Rose informed me that my car was ready to go with a free wash too! Always happy with Healey service.
