They got me in and out in reasonable time. They did a multipoint inspection and said my alignment was out from taking a picture. I had just gotten the tires aligned 18 days ago, so I was sure they were mistaken. I took the car back to the shop where I got the alignment and I was correct, they checked a d the tires were aligned.
Absolute disappointment. After prepaying for a multi-year service agreement, the staff pressured my wife into paying another $370 for services that were absolutely unnecessary. Do not prepay for services. Do not take your vehicle here. Take your vehicle to any other oil change shop. I’ve been to several others with our other cars and they are great. I am maximally disappointed in this service shop.
Service appointments @ Healey Kia are always done in a very professional and respectful manner. My Service Advisor Nick Rossi is very accommodating to my needs.
