I am a very tough customer. I wrote a clear letter regarding what code was shown, what an independent mechanic mentioned to me, and the desire for warranty coverage only unless it is absolutely something unrelated to what I thought. So, a tough customer. My service advisor I believe Tommy was very professional and communicative. The service reception area was clean and welcoming upon arrival. The service manager Ray Paine was easy to work with and the service was fast. The technician paid special attention to keeping the car soil free which is super important to me.
