BEWARE - I was given the run around for a week when trying to complete a transaction with this company. The first person I spoke with (on Monday) gave me instructions and told me that once complete it would take up to 5 days to finalize the transaction. I did what I was asked to do, which included involving my landlord, and once finished I was sent to another individual who "had to check on if it could be done" (this was on Tuesday).
