Picked up our brand new Hilux Rogue just under three weeks ago. We were impressed by our dealings with salesperson, Steve. Had only had the vehicle for two weeks when an unknown driver reversed into it whilst it was parked. Annoyingly, some damage to rear bumper bar (which we're replacing) and paint scrapemarks on tailgate. We took the vehicle for 1,000 km service two days ago and they were so nice that they fixed the marks on the tailgate free of charge and we were very surprised and grateful. A huge thank you to the service department at Healesville Toyota. We had check engine warning lights on in our car and I tried 3 other closer dealers to get someone to put it on the diagnostic computer and generally abrupt responses they were too busy. Enter Healesville Toyota who straight away took the car in run diagnostic and cleared fault codes rechecked the car, washed the car, gave me a loan car to go into town. Now that is service.
