Reception staff Julie,Vicki, Tina & Nicole give friendly service with a smile and are very helpful nurse Ash is a little rockstar so caring and understanding and doctors Dr Joel, Dr Pratheeb & Dr Feneshteh are all amazing very happy attending this clinic great old school service/treatment great bedside manner they have the time and are happy to listen. They don’t just try to get people in and out like most clinics.
**Edit** Shortly after posting this review, Dr Joel stopped seeing patients in clinic, I know that he was the on call and visiting Doctor for the elderly in a nursing home, so think this could be the main focus for him at the moment. I have since seen the new Doctor at the Clinic Dr. Ananthan Pratheeb and he has also been absolutely amazing. I have started seeing Dr Joel Monmolin at Healesville medical centre. I find the receptionists at this clinic were extremely rude not willing to help and are extremely unpleasant to speak to, if you need an appointment either urgent or even 2weeks time don't bother as they will tell you there's nothing and will turn you away, even if it's just for a regular script. These ladies are very rude. Disappointed as the doctor we see there is lovely.
