Great staff friendly and attentive excellent doctors
At first I was a little annoyed I had to travel far for my procedure, but I am so glad I did! I had such a positive experience at Healesville Hospital. The staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and professional, which made me feel very comfortable and well looked after. The facilities are modern and spotless, and I really appreciated not having to wait for hours to be seen for my procedure. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
I feel genuinely awful leaving a negative review for a local hospital, but my experience yesterday was deeply disheartening. After waiting over two years to secure my appointment, I then spent another two hours in the waiting room with little to no communication. When I was finally seen, my doctor was cold, un-empathetic, and dismissive, an incredibly difficult experience, especially given the nature of the appointment.
