I feel genuinely awful leaving a negative review for a local hospital, but my experience yesterday was deeply disheartening. After waiting over two years to secure my appointment, I then spent another two hours in the waiting room with little to no communication. Went to see a doctor at 4.30pm today and was refused to go see a GP at another hospital. Very upsetting and disappointing!
Needed an X-ray and they were very efficient.
