I unfortunately had a very bad experience, wasn’t sure to leave a review but my partner who is a Massage Therapist assured me this is not normal. I had gone once before, it was quite intense but okay. The second time it was a different lady, I told her how the previous time was and that I wanted some thing softer as I was sore and was looking for relief. I finished with tears in my eyes!!!
