An incredible pregnancy massage with Barbara. She knows what she is doing. She managed to ease alot of the pelvic pain I am getting and she was very warm and approachable too I will absolutely see her again throughout the remainder of my pregnancy

I visit here at least once a fortnight. I suffer from back and neck pain, old injuries, and Hope always manages to work her magic on me. She listens to what you need, is honest that some things take time to heal, and is just in general very professional, effective and friendly.

I attended a massage here after an acute lower back injury. I explained to the owner of the business (who did the “massage”) that I needed a remedial massage to loosen up the muscle which were in a spasm as I had an important meeting afew days later. When she started the massage it was very strong, she was using her knuckles to force into the spaces in between my spine and ribs. I questioned the force of the massage and she lectured me. Absolutely amazing, I have always had issues with my neck and shoulders, healer Mosman found the root of the issue, I feel so relieved. The massage was the perfect strength, because I train a lot I needed a strong massage and my muscles now feel so relaxed. I also had acupuncture, I didn’t realise my lower back was so tight, because it has been progressively happening over time. The needles in my lower back and also helped so much. Highly highly recommend
