I have been seeing Sharla for approximately 7 years and she is an exceptional therapist. I have told all of my close friends to see her because she's that wonderful. I have met with a few other therapists, but none have even come close in comparison. Sharla meets you where you're at, truly listens to understand and will challenge you when you need it. I do not believe she is a reliable source I am a struggling mother and truly need some help and direction A therapist cancelling her first appointment with me twice in 36 hours has left me spiralling and unable to find proper help I just want to be better for my family and for my friends and most of all for myself but I’m left believing I’m not worthy and it isn’t worth it To say I am disappointed is completely missing the mark.
