This review is long overdue! My wife had been telling me to go see a therapist about learning how to open up but I am not a fan of traditional therapists. So I went down a rabbit hole and found Gail with doing CRANIOSACRAL. I looked more into it and thought that this has to be the weirdest thing. But I decided to give it a try and go into it with an open mind. After about the 3rd or 4th session was when I got a breakthrough. Gail helped me open up and dig what was hidden behind closed doors. Truly grateful.
Absolutely amazing! I highly recommend craniosacral sessions with Gail. She is so easy to schedule with and truly knows her work inside and out. Gail is extremely knowledgeable in Craniosacral Therapy and creates such a calming, healing experience. I feel incredible after every session with her and always leave feeling balanced and refreshed.
Gail was wonderful with our baby! He had been gagging frequently, and after just a few cranial sessions with unique stretches/exercises, we noticed such a big improvement. He was gagging 20 times a day and now it’s down to once a week! Gail was gentle, kind, and explained everything clearly. We’re so grateful for her help!

My intuition told me I would benefit from Craniosacral therapy for knee pain. I had an injury over a year ago and still was experiencing intermittent pain. Two visits with Gail and remaining pain disappeared and the sessions worked on improving my gut health as a bonus. I highly recommend Gail.
