I have seen Dr Jake for years and followed him from a previous practice. To say he's amazing is an understatement. There's a reason I have gone to him for 8 years and refer him to everyone. I have been seeing Dr Zach for over 7 months. He is just as great as Dr Jake. After having ankle surgery I decided to continue my care with Dr Zach vs going to a seperate PT and my surgeon was amazed at my quick recovery. I drive over an hour (+construction, gotta love the 5th Mn season) to receive care from Dr Jake. He’s caring, listens and goes out of his way to create a care plan for my situation & lifestyle. I have fibromyalgia, sports injuries and migraines and feel instant relief after one visit with him, getting me into maintenance mode quick.
Dr. Zach was great to work with. He does a good job explaining what is going on. I went in with back issues having a hard time taking deep breathes, and felt instant relief after seeing him. I would highly recommend Ascend Sport and Spine.
Dr Jake and team are thoughtful, thorough, and best of all immediately helpful in working through my family’s acute and chronic issues! Couldn’t recommend this place more
Dr. Zach takes the time to listen, and makes me feel seen and heard. His knowledge of trauma informed care creates an environment of trust and acceptance. Cupping and acupuncture are also beneficial treatments. As an avid hiker, his extensive background in sports medicine is evident, and the exercises he suggests for in between visits allow me to play an active role in my own healing. I love the peace of mind in knowing that with every appointment with Dr. Zach, I am in good hands. 11/10, would recommend.😊
