Jeremy and Diana are two of the most incredibly loving souls I know. Mature, kind, and smart. They are excellent teachers, therapists, and role models.
Jeremy is an energetic, talented, and caring therapist and coach, and I would recommend him without reservation to anybody. He and Diana have really done their homework, and are deeply trained in a variety of methods. The Center for Healing and Transformation is just exactly that!
Diana and Jeremy are incredible DBT facilitators! They have crafted a program that has made impactful differences in my life (as a training DBT participant) as well as other group members. The program they deliver is clear and lean with extremely useful techniques that can be incorporated into life TODAY; and they do so in a loving and supportive manner.
