I have been a client of Heal Strong for Life since October 2023. Ben is an exceptional Physical Therapist. He listens to determine the best type of strength exercises for each individual. Since last summer I have, willingly, lost 24 lbs and since working with Ben have gained so much strength and stamina. I used to have lower back aches after standing for 45 minutes. No more!
