Wow! This is one of the best COVID centers I have been to. I took my entire family there and could not believe how easy and organized everything was. I want to give a huge shout out to Chris and his staff. They were so professional, caring, compassionate and kind. Chris went over and beyond to help my family. I 100% recommend this clinic and staff to anyone that needs to be tested! I live over an hour away from here but THIS will be my go-to clinic if I ever need to get tested again. THANK YOU CHRIS AND TEAM!!!!!

I was never seen. I had an appointment at 8:10 am and waited until 9:53 am to only be moved lanes and be told that the lane me and another car were at was not valid. We could have been informed we needed to move lanes when we flagged someone down to be given paperwork to fill out for the Covid test. When I was given the paperwork no one said we weren't in the appropriate lane. Update 1/20/22: They've added signs to better direct cars through the testing line. Parking lot traffic now looks organized, with far fewer cars waiting. Haven't tried to book a test, but I drive by there every day, and things look better. Original post 12/27/21: Made a same-day appointment through their website for 10:55 this morning. Arrived early to find the parking lot overflowing with no signage or directions...it was a chaotic mess.
