Great facility and amazing customer service
Great team and leadership
My MIL was in this facility a yr ago and we were able to bring her home for a yr, then her son bc very ill and I was no longer able to take care of both of them. I called Tonya Norman and explained my situation. She went above the call of duty to help me get her a room. The staff hv been so nice. Their rehab is wonderful. The bldg isn't the fanciest but it's clean and the maintenance man is quick to fix anything. I would recommend them.
The 5 stars is for one person at Pruitt health Jasmine Elliot the social worker. Jasmine communicated with me, when I call she would return my calls. She played a big roll in helping me with my mom. If you have a love one there speak to her. Words cannot express how I am thankful that she came to Pruitt at the right time
