The entire staff felt like family, I was immediately at ease, joking with all of the 5 different people I met. I came early and was taken in immediately. They were efficient with paperwork and testing. The Dr REALLY listened and was patient through my decades long history. He was the first Dr in years to have any out of the box theories and they made total sense and I'd already been researching them recently.
