I got a bumper replaced and Heafner Motors did not install it properly. In less than a month, the bumper dropped, shredded the back tire, and nearly caused me to have a bad accident on the interstate. Accidents happen, so I called the Collision Department and ANDY answered the phone. He proceeded to blame me for the incident stating I (the customer) did not tell him to add a necessary part to keep the bumper intact.
