Just had an AWESOME customer service experiance with Tanja, the owner of Headz up hats on Mt Hope Ave! She helped me pick out the right Kango for my cone-shaped head! . There were ALOT of different hats, covers, headscarves, and accessories. She also said I have a gift for gab and a "calling" in my future . All in all it was a very nice experiance, and we had fun. Poor Tanja hasnt gotten started on the social media aspect of her business yet...but after talking a little while I think I managed to show how it could boost her ... read more
