Since I changed to this surgery I have had better treatment for my health condition. They try there very best to get you into see a doctor when you ring from reception to the nurses have all been great dr Perez is outstanding gp
So hard to get repeat prescriptions. You call the surgery select option 2 for prescriptions and recording says it is not available.Then if you speak to reception to ask for your medication the receptionist gets annoyed saying it is not their job to do repeat prescriptions and to speak to the lady who does prescriptions despite her NEVER ANSWERING no matter what time it is. My family have been patients here for 23 years and we have had great care off the Staff Doctors and Christine Nurse definitely 5*****
Passed from pillow to post without medication now for 3 days and still no nearer getting my medication... Even been in to be told different stories and getting fed up of it. It's a shame though the nurse and Dr Perz are lovely and professional unlike (no name) receptionist shocking. I am considering a move now as it's changed so much sadly
