I booked a virtual consultation appointment with Headway, but no one joined the session. There was no notification or communication informing me that the doctor was unavailable. I waited the entire time expecting the session to begin, which was frustrating and a waste of my time. A simple update or prior intimation would have helped manage expectations. This experience reflects poor communication and scheduling management.
I feel so lucky to have this place accept my insurance. I had such a hard time finding mental health care with availability for my fam. Jodi has been AMAZING and truly cares about my son's well being. She goes above and beyond for us. Thank you!
