The owner Tito took advantage of my wife to get the final completion check when he had not completed and installed all the shutters on our home and in his written bid. We are missing shutters that he will not complete and honor from his quote
We have used Headway Specialties and Tito on two different homes in the last 30 years and we would happily use him again. He still provides service and repairs to our current home’s shutters on a timely basis and he is always professional and courteous.
