The response I received felt very procedural and lacked empathy. When someone reaches out for support, a bit of compassion goes a long way.
Has been a very strange experience. Many missed prescriptions to be faxed out and then prescriptions often sent to the wrong pharmacies, very limited availability. I have been suffering through Narcolepsy and severe PTSD and have not been seen by him in months. I had finally had a phone call with him, but had a cataplexy episode and called them 20-30 minutes late. They said I missed the call so I now have to wait to speak to him until March of 2026- 5 more months away. I just went on leave for a year for mental health. I urg... read more
