I have had no issues finding and scheduling sessions in my area. The platform was easy to use and it made billing super easy for me and my provider.
I had an extremely negative experience due to fraudulent and unethical practices by this platform’s billing department. My insurance clearly states that my sessions should be covered at 100%, yet I was charged \$50 per session. Despite multiple confirmations from their team that my sessions were fully covered, they continued to bill my card without justification. Yet another of the same scam work happened to me. Every single review mirrors exactly what they’ve done and are continuing to do to me also. DO NOT GIVE HEADWAY YOUR MONEY OR BUSINESS!!!!!!!! I’m currently trying to get fraudulent charges back with my banks help. HUGE SCAM. They lie that your insurance covers your sessions, and make you feel at ease. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM.
