Headwaters Veterinary has been taking care of my hyper elderly (yikes, nearly 16 years old) formerly working Malinois. My Mal's land shark days are far behind her but there is at least one veterinary technician at Headwaters who cared military working dogs earlier in his career. Took a dog in for suspected hip displacement, was also diagnosed with arthritis given anti-inflammatories told give the dog rest. Dog started dragging hind legs, can't hold its bladder or bowels. Not a quality of life. I explained that they need to express that to the owner as I have had the dog left in my care. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, gentle and calm with my cat during his appointment, and very thorough with the treatment plan for going forward after his diagnosis.
Scheduled bilateral FHO surgery for my dog here. Really appreciate the staff team they all seem to really enjoy working there. Dr Hall was very informative and easy to talk to. I did not feel hesitant at all to schedule such a major surgery with Dr Hall.
