Easily SLO’s best rooftop - the spot just underwent a recent revival with new hotel management in place. Great poolside vibes, tasty food and cocktails and top notch service. Perfect spot to unwind after a long week.
Headwaters at Hotel Cerro offers something unique that you won't find in the area - a rooftop pool bar with views of the best area on the central coast. The food and drinks are great, the staff are friendly, the vibe/atmosphere is inviting and relaxing, and the pool is always at a comfortable temperature. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

Highly recommend! Chips and guacamole were superb. My wife liked the bacon wrapped dates. Best in town. Unique and fun spot in SLO for folks traveling through and locals.
Found my new favorite spot to soak in the sun in downtown SLO! Headwaters has the best views in downtown, hands down. The pool, comfy loungers, food and drinks are the cherry on top. Perfect place to chill solo or with friends and family!
