I would prefer to give 0 stars but that is not an option. Beware of these con artists, I was scammed out of thousands. All the work done by this company needs to be re done. Dealing with the older gentleman's abuse throughout the job, was fun after I was forced to put a deposit down, therefore had no choice but to deal with their BS as they would not return my money. I had the pleasure of speaking to Ulita Solomon, who told me to kill myself after I asked her about the funds that needed to be returned. It's sad that business... read more

My Wife and I moved into a beautiful 150 year old home in 2009 and the previous owners had highly recommended Headwaters Plumbing. Naturally, we gave them a try as they would also have been intimately familiar with our home and its' plumbing infrastructure. Regarding Deb Dobsons review of Headwaters Plumbing Ltd. I am an owner in the business and it was me who went to do some work for this lady. She had some unrealistic expectations which I tried in vain to explain to her. I was told I was around the 4th plumber to be involved in this project. I now know why no one else ever went back, some even leaving tools etc. on site just because they could not deal with her. I called this company to hook up a toilet, bathroom sink and my freezer ice maker. I had another plumber that has always done things as I asked, such as not cut out holes and instead plumb to fit the configuration of whatever it is being installed (ie: dishwasher, kitchen sink, toilet, bathroom sink etc.). When I called they offered to come out right away and on the phone seemed very accommodating.
