Awesome! All the girls there are really great! I always feel super taken care of. I really liked the intake. It seemed very thorough with lots of info so I feel really comfortable knowing that Dr Snider saw the whole picture of what I’ve got going on. Specifically for my bite issues. We’re using an app to help track my aligners so I have much fewer appointments, to check in. Dr Snider leaves notes to tell you how you’re tracking until the next in person appointment. Very, very convenient!
I needed a new retainer and to have my old permanent retainer removed, and I'm so glad that I chose Headwaters to have it taken care of because this is absolutelyTHE cleanest, nicest office I have ever been to. Everyone who works there is competent and kind. They have made the process of getting new retainers so easy. The location is also extremely convenient. I would recommend headwaters to anyone who needs any orthodontics work done.
I've had the opportunity to spend time with Dr Snider's practice and it's clear how much care and intention she brings to what she's building. The team works seamlessly together, the office feels organized and calm, and the patient experience is clearly a priority. She leads with high standards and genuine care, and it shows in the culture she has created. Patients are in great hands with Dr Snider and her team!

Dr Snider, Mackayla, and Jessie have been the best team to work with. I was nervous but ready to start my alignment process, however, not super knowledgeable about what that looked like.
