I’m absolutely livid about the care we received at the ER. They barely gave us the time of day, rushed through a swab test, and basically told us to manage symptoms with meds without even considering other possible causes. Meanwhile, my daughter's condition worsened, and we ended up at Georgetown hospital where they actually ran some real tests. Snapped my Achilles Saturday and went to the ER. Everyone was friendly, process was very efficient, and when they found out I was not from the area they managed to get me a follow up ultrasound appointment the next morning so I would not have to go back to ER closer to home on Sunday.
