8 hr wait with an infant at 3am in the morning....kid can't move his arm and still no doctor????? Are you serious? When diagnosed 10 hrs later, it was a fracture...so What exactly are considered priority cases then? I'm appalled at this extremely bad service...Shame on you guys!!!
I’m absolutely livid about the care we received at the ER. They barely gave us the time of day, rushed through a swab test, and basically told us to manage symptoms with meds without even considering other possible causes. Meanwhile, my daughter's condition worsened, and we ended up at Georgetown hospital where they actually ran some real tests. Turns out she had a serious infection and her white blood count was through the roof! 😡 It's infuriating that we had to go to another hospital to get proper care. Don't trust them w... read more
