Currently waiting at the emerge for almost 9 hours and staff has no answer how much more time it will take for doc to see my daughter. Pathetic service in the name of free Healthcare while every ontarians are paying healthcare premium one or the other ways. If you calculate the total amount of time people spend in the waiting area and multiply with even a minimum wage, you will come to know how much each one is paying in the name of free Healthcare. 8 hr wait with an infant at 3am in the morning....kid can't move his arm and still no doctor????? Are you serious? When diagnosed 10 hrs later, it was a fracture...so What exactly are considered priority cases then? I'm appalled at this extremely bad service...Shame on you guys!!!

I’m absolutely livid about the care we received at the ER. They barely gave us the time of day, rushed through a swab test, and basically told us to manage symptoms with meds without even considering other possible causes. Meanwhile, my daughter's condition worsened, and we ended up at Georgetown hospital where they actually ran some real tests. Turns out she had a serious infection and her white blood count was through the roof! 😡 It's infuriating that we had to go to another hospital to get proper care. Don't trust them w... read more
