On the morning of 3/23/17 at approximately 6:30 AM on Florin Road, one of the drivers driving a truck bearing the Headwaters Construction name with the license plate 17139B2 ran a red light causing me to swerve out of the way in the rain, then stared me down afterwards. He then challenged me to a fight because apparently Headwaters Construction in Sacramento trains their employees to treat other drivers this way.
