Poor craftsmanship. We have ice building up on our windows as well as the ceiling corners of most rooms. The list of problems goes on and on. Jon is of no help. He actually get angry when we point things out or bring them up. The furnace was installed and never tuned or properly setup. Corners were cut. The warranty is just as much of a joke as the people that built the house.

Jon and Krista are wonderful to work with. From the very beginning of the process all the way through to the closing details. They were able to work with our financial needs, budget, room requirements, and special building material requests with a breeze. Their subs were great and allowed us to be present any time we wanted. This led to us feeling they are being totally honest and transparent in everything they do. Have only had some conversations with Jon and talked through some different homes. Nice work on the homes I've seen.
