I just had a very positive experience with Headwater Coalhurst's service department. I live in Ontario and was interested in purchasing a telehandler from a dealer in Alberta. I called, spoke to Matt, and felt confident that they would do a good job inspecting the machine before purchase. Jesse, the tech who did the inspection called me, discussed the condition of the machine, uploaded photos and videos to a google drive folder for me to view, and sent me a report.
