Great place for getting "rugby" strong!
Headstong Fit is probably the the fourth gym I've ever joined, and it is by the far the one where I felt the most growth in my wellness journey. The small group-workouts really elevated my my confidence in the gym. Shoutout to the trainers and the friends I made. I appreciate the value in creating community and helping/encouraging each other no matter our level of experience. Thank you Headstrong
I'd give 10 stars if possible! I'm not a full time resident in SLO, but this gym gives me a reason to consider living there full time! At first I was not sure if this gym was the right fit for me -- there is a lot of big muscle and heavy weights! :) But I'm so glad I said 'yes' to having a tour and a walk around the space. I’ve been training at Headstrong, and it’s hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is motivating, the equipment is top-notch, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Whether you’re working on strength, endurance, or just trying to stay fit, the trainers here really know how to push you while keeping things safe and effective.
