I came to Alliyza Lim as a chronically traumatised, autistic person with 20+ years of experience attending therapy. Considering autistic people are at a higher risk for trauma & PTSD, and as someone who apparently has worked with many autistic people, I found her expertise in the complexities of trauma to be significantly limited and sub-par.
