High turnover in stylists. Never enough stylist scheduled, they turn down many customers that walk in for cuts. I have gone here for the convenience of location, and hours they are open . I get color and high lights, and cut . The last time I went , couple of weeks ago, will be the last. Hair was not layered even, the color is not good. Asking that gray be covered, it was not.
