It took a few months for me to get connected with a worker after I did intake which was less than ideal, but once I got connected with a worker I connected really well and I liked going. I have had a bad experience before with mental health services but headspace made me feel comfortable and I enjoyed going. I don’t like that you have a limit to sessions though, I under why it is in place and I am glad there is flexibility (I had a few extra sessions) but I wish it was able to be ongoing, at least until you reach the age lim... read more
