Sorry to report that this practice is pretty much hopeless. My son, bringing diagnosed mental health issues including very serious thoughts, has been let down repeatedly by headspace upper Coomera. After his first consult, the second was booked for 5 weeks later, even though the written recommendation by his doctor was weekly initial visits. I understand headspace may have been fully booked.
