I don't know why the Mental Health Service is referring me to this service, but i'm over forty years too old for this service.. Toowoomba health service is useless !
going to headspace helps me alot. i feel so much better after all of my appointments with their amazing staff, they always make me feel welcome and i know i am always safe being there. i love how comfortable and free i feel to talk there and how well the staff treat everyone is amazing. they have great invlusivity for everyone and are really accepting and understanding
