More care, respect towards clients would be a good start. Young dark haired girl on reception need to learn to respect adults and speak politely and not abruptly especially in such settings.Overall NOT a quality professional settings.
so bad, made my emetophobia WORSE. the lady listed off all my safe foods as bad and told me why there bad “this will get bacteria and make u unwell” like WHY TELL ME THAT!? anyways highly would NOT recommend.
I do not recommend the clinician, Lina. My young person had difficulty understanding her due to a language barrier. When we contacted reception to request a change of clinician, Lina called to inform us that it wasn't possible.
