I understand they are in high demand . Most of the staff are great reception staff could learn some manners in phone ettiquette.... especially when not all is our fault. This isnt the first time it has happened at all. Not overly impressed but otherwise good service.
In august 2017 I finally decided that I wanted to physically, and socially transition into a woman. I had no idea who to talk to or where to begin, so I called up headspace and booked an appointment. I ended up speaking to nat, who helped me by booking an appointment with dr emma, and psychologist tim.
