Staff do not care about you. Was told I couldn’t be helped and made like I am the problem when it’s my parents beating me and the environment I am in
Said they couldn't support me due to mental health problems, and my childhood trauma, also kept telling me to use breathing techniques even though I CLEARLY stated that they dont help me at all .later referred me elsewhere

At the beginning the waiting time was a little bit long, i found the service is really helpful and the GP there ( i have a problem forgetting names) is really smart and understandable. Its my second day on medication for depression, stress and anxiety, and i can feel a quite difference to the way i have a mood to remember to write this review.
